  • Possessing specialist knowledge of application.
  • Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required and Exceptional ability to provide front-end support to internal departments and web-based clients. Assisting with systems integrations
  • Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
  • Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organisation’s systems Developing reports for teams across the business
  • Performing analyses on software application functionality and suggesting improvements.
  • Ensuring effective front-end and back-end functionality of applications.
  • Consulting with the software development team, internal users, and clients to improve application performance.
  • Establishing the root causes of application errors, and escalating serious concerns to the Management.
  • Keeping a record of configuration changes and scheduling application updates.
  • Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics.
  • Providing front-end support to clients and colleagues in other departments. Providing software application support under the supervision of the SME.
  • Should have ability to understand the product and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Should be a team player.
  • Should be Quick learner and Proactive with taking initiative.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or similar.
  • Ability to keep up with innovation in application design.
  • Ability to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Listening ability and patience
  • Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience
