  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, Affiliates and other programmatic/display networks.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content team to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and messaging.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Assist in budget planning and ensure efficient allocation of spends to meet KPIs.
  • Generate daily, weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Track and optimize conversion funnels using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies/vendors to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new ad formats, and algorithm updates.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media roles.
  • Strong understanding of paid media platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Appsflyer, GTM, UTM tracking, and campaign attribution models.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights using Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting tools like Looker Studio/Tableau.
  • Experience with lead generation or user acquisition-focused campaigns is a strong plus.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
