  • Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B partners including MFDs, insurance agents, and sub-brokers.
  • Promote Aliceblue’s referral programs, revenue sharing models, and digital onboarding tools.
  • Drive activation and first 90-day engagement of new partners to ensure quick revenue contribution.
  • Conduct regional partner meets, webinars, and local awareness events.
  • Collaborate with regional marketing and operations to ensure smooth partner experience.
  • Monthly B2B Partner Onboarding Target: 20 active partners
  • Activation %: Minimum 60% of new partners to generate brokerage within 30 days
  • Revenue Contribution: ₹1.5–2 Lakhs monthly brokerage from partner network
  • Events/Webinars Conducted: Minimum 2 per month
  • CRM/Lead Management Hygiene: 100% update compliance
