  • Lead the B2B partner acquisition and performance strategy for Karnataka and surrounding regions.
  • Manage and mentor a team of B2B acquisition managers and business associates.
  • Develop strategic relationships with distribution networks, large IFA groups, and channel partners.
  • Work closely with product, marketing, and tech teams to support regional business initiatives.
  • Monitor revenue KPIs, partner lifecycle, and retention rates across the region.
  • Regional Partner Network Growth: Minimum 100 new B2B partners/quarter
  • Regional Revenue Target: ₹10–15 Lakhs monthly brokerage from partner base
  • Team Productivity Management: Achieve 90% target delivery by direct :reportees
  • Retention & Upsell Plan Execution: Improve lifetime value and sharing model upgrades
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Monthly review with HO and feedback loop for product/policy improvements
