Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our Creative Team. This role is perfect for a talented designer with a strong portfolio and expertise in conceptualizing and executing high-quality designs. The Senior Graphic Designer will work closely with the design team, marketing department, and other key stakeholders to deliver visually compelling content across various platforms. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with advanced design skills and a passion for creative excellence. Key Responsibilities:

Design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and client expectations.
Collaborate with the Design team, copywriters, and other team members to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for marketing campaigns, digital platforms, print materials, and other assets.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and integrate these into projects to enhance creativity and efficiency.
Create visually impactful designs for a variety of platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Oversee the design quality and consistency across all projects, ensuring that brand standards are maintained.
Make sure your designs align with project objectives and deadlines
Work closely with internal teams to understand their design needs and ensure deliverables exceed expectations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing advanced design skills.
At least 4-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or fast paced creative environment.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Xd, etc.) and other design tools.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to create polished, professional designs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience in web and print design, as well as motion graphics, is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
