1. Strategy & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end content calendar across Instagram, Twitter, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and Telegram
  • Define tone, content pillars, and storytelling arcs aligned with trading + investing audiences
  • Collaborate with design, performance, and product teams to translate brand moments into campaigns

2. Team & Workflow Management

  • Lead and coach a 2–3 person team of social media executives
  • Manage agency/creative partners (motion editors, thumbnail designers, reel creators)
  • Run weekly standups, sprint reviews, and editorial check-ins

3. Community Engagement

  • Grow and engage our Telegram and WhatsApp trading communities
  • Moderate live sessions, AMA threads, polls, and challenge campaigns (e.g. 100 Days to Trade)
  • Funnel feedback from community into product, support, and campaign iterations

4. Analytics & Performance

  • Track weekly KPIs across all platforms:
    • Reach, Engagement Rate, Follower Growth, CTR, Video Completion, UGC Volume
  • Run monthly reports with insights + next-step recommendations
  • Run A/B tests: captions, thumbnails, reels timing, content formats
