  • Lead and support the implementation of our paid marketing strategies across Aliceblue’s social media accounts
  • Provide ongoing feedback and evaluation of campaign performance and activity
  • Research target audience interests/activities on social media to develop targeting strategy
  • Develop ads (as appropriate) and consults with agency partners when content for promotion is developed by a third party
  • Develop campaign structure and sets-up campaigns within social platforms
  • Measure and optimize our social media paid marketing using dashboards, Ad platform, Google Analytics and Leadsquared reports
  • Compile data across several social media platforms and create weekly/monthly reports, including key metrics and analysis for insights, optimizations and future strategy development
  • Diligenty and flawlessly execute assigned campaigns
  • Stay abreast of changes and new opportunities in the social media space and proactively communicate key updates to the larger team
  • Stay abreast of Stock broking industry competitors and market trends
  • Previous working experience as an SMM executive for 2 years or more
  • A proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, with expertise in social media, retargeting, and content distribution and placement networks
  • Knowledge of SEMrush, Ubersuggest and other tools is an added advantage
  • Hands-on experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
  • Outstanding communication & presentation skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate both orally and in writing
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
