What is Self EKYC?
- Customer can do EKYC process by themselves without any dependency.
- Starting from Payment processing until Esign EKYC stages, customers can do it from their end itself.

- NSE, BSE cash:72 hours
- NSE FNO, Currency- 24 hours
- MCX - 24 hours

What is Support EKYC?
- Customers who are not aware of how to fill EKYC or struck between the EKYC process. Our Branch – Relationship support team will assist them in processing the EKYC for easy Account opening.
- Customers can send the documents to Branch support Team and they will upload the documents in the EKYC portal.

- NSE, BSE cash:72 hours
- NSE FNO, Currency- 72 hours
- MCX - 72 hours

1) The above mentioned time is effective, once your KYC verified successfully.
2) In the case of KYC Rejection, it may cause a delay in the Account Activation process.

Why this change in the process?
We observe that a huge number of account opening request from both Self and Support EKYC team, we have differentiated this process and our branch team needs more time to resolve this.
Please note that we are getting more account opening requests from customers. Though we are connected from home, we ensure that customer service is more important to us.
