    Overview

    Deep Industries Limited was formerly incorporated as a Private Company with the name 'Deep CH4 Limited' on 15 November, 2006 with Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The Company changed the name to 'Deep CH4 Limited' dated 11 June 2018 and further to Deep Industries Limited' effective from 25 September 2020. The Company operates in the business of Oil and Gas field services and is specialized in providing Natural Gas Compression Services, Drilling and Workover Rigs Services, Natural Gas Dehydration Services, and also having forayed into Integrated Project Management Services. In addition, the Company spread its wings through strategic tie-ups and acquisition with oilfield services Overseas. The Company is India's One Stop Solution' provider to the Energy sector. It owns fuel efficient, latest equipments to serve the oil & gas industry. In 2019-20, the Oil and Gas Service Undertaking of Deep Energy Resources Limited (DERL) was transferred and demerged into the Company through the Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger on April 1, 2017. In accordance with the Scheme of Arrangement , Shareholders of Deep Energy Resources Limited were allotted 3,20,00,000 Equity Shares at Rs 300 (Rs 290 Security Premium and Rs. 10/- FV). During the year 2021, Deep Onshore Service Private Limited and Raas Equipment Private Limited became Subsidiaries of the Company. Further, pursuant to Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of Demerger, Deep Onshore Drilling Services Private Limited and Deep International DMCC became Subsidiaries of the Company. In 2023, the Company through its Wholly owned subsidiary Deep Onshore Services Private Limited (SPV) acquired 94.98% Equity stake in Dolphin Offshore Enterprises (India) Limited on March 09, 2023. The Company acquired 74% equity stake in Breitling Drilling Private Limited on July 12, 2023, making it a subsidiary company. The Company incorporated a Wholly owned subsidiary, SAAR International FZ-LLC in Ras al-Khaimah Freezone, UAE on March 29, 2024. Post incorporation, SAAR became a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company effective April 08, 2024. Deep Exploration Services Private Limited (DESPL) became a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company effective January 15, 2025. Pursuant to the Hon'ble NCLT approving the Resolution Plan submitted by Deep Onshore Services Private Limited, wholly owned subsidiary of the Company for acquisition of Dolphin Offshore Shipping Limited (Shipping) under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016, Shipping became the step-down subsidiary of the Company effective January 21, 2025. Company acquired 100% equity stake in Kandla Energy and Chemicals Limited, making it a direct wholly owned subsidiary of the Company effective March 31, 2025.

    Deep Industries bags Rs 49-cr ONGC contract for natural gas compression services

    Deep Industries announced that it has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) for charter hiring services for natural gas compression at GGS Paliyad under the Ahmedabad Asset.

    The contract, valued at approximately Rs 49.10 crore, has been awarded for a period of five years. The order covers charter hiring services for natural gas compression at Paliyad in ONGC's Ahmedabad Asset. The company clarified that the contract is not a related-party transaction and that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in the award. Deep Industries is a one stop solution provider in the business of various oil and gas support services. On a consolidated basis, Deep Industries reported net loss of Rs 14.36 crore in Q4 March 2026 as against net loss of Rs 209.17 crore in Q4 March 2025.     Deep Industries posts nearly 50% YoY jump in Q3 PAT

    Deep Industries has reported 49.8% rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 71.34 crore on 43.1% increase in revenue from operations to Rs 221.49 crore in Q3 FY26 as compared with Q3 FY25.

    Total expenses for the period under review added up to Rs 141.30 crore, up 38.9% YoY. This was primarily on account of higher input costs (up 39.8% YoY), higher employee expenses (up 45.9% YoY) and higher depreciation charges (up 49.8% YoY). Profit before tax in Q3 FY26 stood at Rs 90.10 crore, up by 46.3% from Rs 61.59 crore recorded in Q3 FY25. Deep Industries is in the business of oil and gas field services. The company specializes in providing air & gas compression services, drilling and workover services, gas dehydration services, etc. The company also provides integrated project management services. The scrip declined 3.31% to currently trade at Rs 404.40 on the BSE.
