Bank of India Labels RCom, RTL Loans Fraud

Reliance Communications Limited disclosed receiving a letter from Bank of India stating that its loan accounts have been classified as ‘Fraud’. The classification also includes promoter Anil Dhirajlal Ambani and former director Manjari Ashok Kacker.

Reliance Telecom Limited, a subsidiary of the company, received a similar letter from Bank of India. The bank classified RTL’s loan accounts and identified individuals, including Grace Thomas, as ‘Fraud’. The letters were dated August 8, 2025.
