Dilip Buildcon Wins 100 MW Solar Project
Dilip Buildcon Limited, through its JV DBL-APMPL, has received a letter of acceptance from Madhya Pradesh Jal Nigam. The project is a 100 MW solar PV power plant under captive mode.
The project will supply power to MP Jal Nigam for 25 years at ₹2.09 per unit. Non-DCR panels will be used. Construction will take 24 months at Mandsaur district, Madhya Pradesh.
MP Jal Nigam will provide 315 acres of land and 26% equity contribution of ₹31.20 crore. The project is fully domestic, not a related-party transaction, and will follow all regulatory and SEBI disclosure requirements.
