Hind Rectifiers Limited has acquired France-based BeLink Solutions to expand its global presence. The company manufactures power semiconductors, power electronic equipment, and railway transportation systems. The acquisition strengthens its reach in robotics, EMS, and electronics.

The transaction involves EUR 1 million in cash, funded through internal accruals. Hirect also infused EUR 2 million into a subsidiary. Hirect will hold 66% equity while promoter group companies hold 34%.

The deal brings BeLink’s production and testing infrastructure, machinery, intellectual property, and contracts under Hirect. BeLink expects EUR 13 million revenue in 2025, with pending EUR 10 million orders for 2026.
