Insolation Energy Incorporates Two New Solar SPVs

Insolation Energy Limited’s wholly owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, has incorporated two wholly-owned subsidiaries, GRMJ Green Infra Private Limited and RJGM Green Infra Private Limited, on October 7, 2025.

The new SPVs have been set up as special purpose vehicles to develop, construct, and operate solar power plants. Each company has an authorized share capital of ₹1 lakh, fully subscribed by the parent subsidiary.

The SPVs will carry out solar power plant development, installation, operation, and maintenance, including rooftop solar projects and renewable energy consultancy. No regulatory approvals are required, and the companies are yet to commence business operations.
