You can track corporate actions for NSE and BSE listed companies on their official websites:
NSE (National Stock Exchange):
1. Visit www.nseindia.com → Go to “Market Data” → Click on “Corporate Actions”
2. BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange):
Visit www.bseindia.com → Go to “Corporates” → Click on “Corporate Actions”
Both websites provide details like dividends, stock splits, bonus issues, rights issues, and more.
This occurs when a client is unable to authorize sell orders due to problems with CDSL (Central Depository Services Limited) TPIN authentication. It may result in failed authorizations or connection errors.
Possible reasons include:
1. Incorrect TPIN entry
2. Connection or network issues between the trading system and CDSL
3. TPIN expiry or deactivation
5. Technical issues at the broker or depository end.

3. Retry sending the OTP after a few minutes.
4. If still not received, contact customer support to verify your registered details.
