Instruction for DDPI Registration:

1) The 1st page should be in stamp paper Rs.100/- 

2) Description of Document - Article 12 Bond

3) Description - Agreement

4) First Party - Alice Blue financial Services Private Limited

5) Second Party - Client Name

6) All the pages duly signed by client (In the place of 1st holder)

7) 2nd and 3rd holder signatures is mantory if the Demat account is *Joint holder * HUF *Partner ship firm * Corporate

8) HUF Account - Duly signed by "Karta & copercerners"

9) Partership firm and Corporte account Designated partner/ Director (Authorised signatories) can sign on the 1st & 2nd holder.

10) DDPI form will be register based on Hard copy.

11) Send the Hard copy of DDPI form to HO Address for registration.

12) TAT Of registration 24hrs. (After received hard copy to HO)
