What could be the reason for not receiving emails from Alice Blue?

The reasons for not receiving emails from Alice Blue are as follows: 

1.  The email could be archived, deleted, or marked as spam. 

2.  Verify your email address by logging into the BOT application under the Profile section. 

3.  Free up space if your inbox is almost full by removing old emails or files from Google Drive. 

4. Confirm if the registered email ID in Alice Blue matches the one used to log into your account.
