What is the process for logging into ANT if the mobile is lost or not in use?

If you have lost your mobile or do not use a mobile device, follow these steps to log in to ANT:

Step 1: Login to ANT Web platform.

Step 2: Click on “Forgot user ID or password”?

Step 3 Provide your User ID and PAN.

Step 4:Choose either Email or SMS for receiving a code, input your email ID and captcha, then click on Reset.

Step 5:Select “Reset password and 2FA” in the email.

Step 6:Enter your new password and tap Continue.

Opt for Method 2

Step 1: Select “Setup TOTP” and tap on it.

Step 2: Establish an external authenticator like Google Authenticator. To download Google Authenticator, visit this page.

Step 3: Click on “Can’t scan? Copy key.”

Step 4: Enter the TOTP generated on Google Authenticator and “Enter the 6-digit app TOTP” field, then tap on Continue.

Step 5: The password will be reset. Tap on “Login here” to proceed.

Step 6: Access ANT by logging in using TOTP.
