As a Brand Manager at AliceBlue, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand architecture and communication strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing annual brand plans, marketing mix strategies, and creative brand marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and visibility in the financial category.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the brand architecture and communication strategy.
  • Create and execute annual brand plans, including ATL, BTL, corporate, affiliate collaborations, and digital initiatives.
  • Conceptualize, design, and execute innovative brand marketing campaigns to drive brand and business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand ongoing business and category requirements for campaign planning and execution.
  • Brief creative and media agencies, formulate media plans, oversee creative asset development, lead associations and collaborations, drive innovations, and analyze campaign performance to plan future strategies.
  • Identify key pillars of brand strategy and develop actionable plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure creative strategies deliver both brand and business growth.
  • End-to-end planning and execution of campaigns, including multi-media campaign creation and execution, media planning, and digital planning.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience in managing brand communication and building strategy in the financial category. Experience in stock broking or mutual funds preferred.
  • Proficiency in framing consumer/category insights to drive brand communication strategy.
  • Strong cross-functional team management skills to liaison with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate ideas to drive brand awareness and visibility.
  • Analytical skills to analyze campaign and customer data.
  • Exposure to creative development processes, including multi-media campaign creation and execution, media planning, and digital planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong consumer insights and analytical skills.
  • Budget management skills and proficiency.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in digital and brand/category space.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a premier institute.
  • Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment.
