Business Development Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to identify opportunities for brand expansion and drive business growth.   Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to inform business development strategies and initiatives.   Partnership Development: Foster strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the company’s reach and drive growth in key markets.   Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities, competitive threats, and areas for growth.   Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers, to support business development efforts.   Sales Support: Provide support to sales teams by identifying leads, facilitating client meetings, and assisting in the development of sales presentations and proposals.   Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align business development efforts with overall business objectives.   Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of business development activities, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3-6 years of experience in business development, brand marketing, or related roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic business plans.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and implement business development strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry and brokerage business is preferred, but not required.
