  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and fit for the position.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
  • Extend job offers to successful candidates and negotiate employment terms as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, PGDM, MBA(HR) 
  • Minimum of three years of experience working as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting candidates for various positions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
