Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paid Advertising Specialist or similar role.
- A proven track record of successful marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- In-depth knowledge of various paid advertising channels, targeting options, and ad formats.
- Hands-on experience in managing marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
- Proficiency with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
