  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on optimizing ROI and achieving targeted KPIs.
  • Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end ad campaigns across various platforms, including planning, implementation, and optimization, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • ROI Optimization: Analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, and conversion rates, to optimize ROI and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocating resources to campaigns that deliver the highest ROI and adjusting spend as necessary to meet performance targets.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including brand marketing, sales, and product teams, to align performance marketing efforts with overall business goals and strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in performance marketing, incorporating insights into campaign strategies and tactics.
  • Testing and Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement in ad performance.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track campaign performance, communicate results to stakeholders, and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5-10 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of managing successful ad campaigns and optimizing ROI.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of developing innovative campaign strategies to drive business results.
  • Knowledge of financial services or the fintech industry is preferred, but not required.
