  • Assist in Product Design: Support the product design team in various design tasks, including wireframing, prototyping, and visual design, under the guidance of senior designers.
  • Prototype Creation: Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate product features and functionality, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and users.
  • User Experience Design: Contribute to the user experience design process by conducting user research, analyzing user feedback, and creating user personas and journey maps.
  • Interface Design: Assist in designing user interfaces that are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines, ensuring a seamless user experience across all touchpoints.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other cross-functional team members to ensure design solutions meet business and user needs.
  • Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, users, and usability testing sessions into design iterations, ensuring continuous improvement and refinement of design solutions.
  • Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product design and user experience, and incorporate relevant insights into design solutions.
  • Documentation: Document design decisions, processes, and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across product design initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design, HCI, UX/UI, or related field (candidates pursuing or recent graduates preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Understanding of design principles, user-centered design methodologies, and interaction design best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
