  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Lead a team of QA professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Establish and maintain quality metrics to measure the effectiveness of QA processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are met throughout the product life cycle.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with quality standards and identify opportunities for process optimization.
  • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and incorporate new methodologies as appropriate.
  • Prepare and present quality reports and metrics, highlighting areas of concern and recommending corrective actions.
  • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
