  • Support Web Design Projects: Assist in the design and development of website layouts, templates, and graphical elements, under the guidance of senior designers and developers.
  • Visual Design: Create visually appealing designs for website pages, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and user experience principles.
  • User-Friendly Navigation: Ensure intuitive and user-friendly navigation across website pages, optimizing user flow and interaction design for enhanced usability.
  • Responsive Design: Design website layouts that are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes, ensuring a seamless user experience across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and content creators, to ensure design solutions meet business and user needs.
  • Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders, users, and usability testing sessions into design iterations, ensuring continuous improvement and refinement of design solutions.
  • Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web design and user experience, and incorporate relevant insights into design solutions.
  • Documentation: Document design decisions, processes, and guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability across web design initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Design, Web Development, HCI, or related field (candidates pursuing or recent graduates preferred).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Understanding of web design principles, responsive design techniques, and usability best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
