We have been informed by the Exchange that the following three entities are fraudulently using the name and logo of Alice Blue Financial Services Private Limited to carry out scams and illegal activities, including selling fake algo software plans and collecting funds:

Please note that these entities are not affiliated with Alice Blue Financial Services Private Limited, nor do they represent our company, affiliates, or channel partners in any capacity.
Alice Blue Financial Services Private Limited has no involvement in such activities, and we strongly condemn any fraudulent actions carried out in our name. As a reputable company, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all our operations. These fraudsters may approach unsuspecting individuals through various channels, including phone calls, emails, or social media, falsely claiming to represent Alice Blue. They may provide fake documentation, false investment plans, or misleading information in an attempt to deceive potential victims.
You are requested to be cautioned and advised not to subscribe to any such schemes or products offered by persons/entities promising indicative/assured/guaranteed returns or if any, such schemes are not permitted under the SEBI/NSE Bye-law rules and Regulations.
Participation in such prohibited schemes is at investors’ own risk, cost, and consequences, as these schemes are neither approved nor endorsed by the Exchange.
Do not share your trading account login credentials with anyone. Investors shall abstain from sharing their login credentials and OTPs with any third party.
