• persons representing themselves by the name “Rahul Moladia”, “Aditya Jackson” and “Sahil” claiming to be associated with entity named “Badshah Broking” operating through mobile numbers “7665846415”, “9257295130”, “9983058717”, “9257406035”, “9772114516” and telegram channels named “CArahulmalodiaofficial02,” and “Baadshah_Badshah_Broking,” are providing securities market tips for trading, assured returns on investments in stock market and offering to handle trading account of investors by asking investors to share their Login ID/password.
• Telegram channel by the name “Codeviser Academy” with link “t.me/codeviser_tradingg” and persons representing themselves by the name “Manish” and “Abhishek” operating through mobile numbers “8690816144” and “7891424091” are providing securities market tips for trading and assured returns on investment in stock market and offering to handle trading account of investors by asking investors to share their Login ID/password.
The investors are cautioned and advised not to subscribe to any scheme/product offered by any persons/entity offering indicative/assured/guaranteed returns in the stock market as the same is prohibited by law. Further, investors are advised not to share their trading credentials such as user id/password with anyone. It may also be noted that the said persons/entity are not registered either as a member or Authorised Person of any registered member of the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. Exchange has provided a facility of “Know/Locate your Stock Broker” under the link https://www.nseindia.com/invest/find-a-stock-broker on its website, to check the details of the registered member and its Authorised Persons. Further, the designated bank accounts named as client bank accounts to receive/pay money from/to investors as disclosed by the trading members to Exchange are also displayed under the said link. Investors are advised to check the details while dealing with any persons/entity.
