Alice Blue Unregistered Bank Payment and Refund Policy

Unregistered Bank Payment Policy:
To enable trading with funds transferred from an unregistered bank account, you must first register the bank account with your trading account. The registration process takes 24 hours. Click here for instructions on how to register a bank account with your trading account.

Refund Process:
For refunds, please note it may take up to 72 hours to process. To request a refund, raise a ticket and provide one of the following documents:

1. Debit statement
2. Canceled cheque copy or
3. Net banking statement showing the IFSC code

Example :
If you transfer funds from an unregistered bank account (e.g., Bank A) to your trading account, you must register Bank A with your trading account to make the funds available for trading. To request a refund, submit the debit statement from Bank A, a canceled cheque, or a Net Banking statement with the IFSC code.
