It has been brought to the attention of the Exchange that

• Mr. Ashish Nayak, operating under the name “Rocking Investment,” is allegedly engaged in unauthorized activities such as providing investment and trading recommendations without obtaining the required Research Analyst registration and soliciting funds from investors. The entity is associated with contact number 9265910409 and maintains an online presence through various social media platforms, including Twitter (@Nayakone), Telegram channels such as “Rocking Investment” and “PMS Stocks Report Rocking Investment,” as well as WhatsApp. Investors are advised to exercise caution, as these individuals/entities are neither registered members nor Authorized Persons of any registered member of BSE Limited.

The investors are cautioned and advised not to subscribe to any scheme/product offered by any
person/entity offering indicative/assured/guaranteed returns in the stock market as the same is
prohibited by law. Further, investors are advised not to share their trading credentials such as user
id/password with anyone for trading in their account/handling of the portfolio.
