It has been brought to the attention of the Exchange that the entity

• Market Trade Live, along with individuals including Manishlal Shah, Atul Monashi, Rahul Verma, Ashishlal Patel, Sudhirlal Shah, Ujirlal Shah, Fardeen Naeem, and Zoya, is allegedly engaged in unauthorised activities, including providing illegal trading-related services without holding a valid registration as a Research Analyst (RA) or Investment Adviser (IA) and soliciting funds from investors. The entity is available through various online platforms, including the email address [email protected], the Market Trade Live application available on the Google Play Store, its website at markettrade.live, and social media channels including Telegram, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.

• The contact numbers identified in connection with the entity are 9769768500, 8692913616, and 8390928571.

It is further noted that the above-mentioned individuals/entities are neither registered as a member nor associated as an Authorized Person with any registered member of BSE Limited. In view of the above, the activities of the said entity/individuals may be examined for appropriate action under the applicable regulatory framework.

The investors are cautioned and advised not to subscribe to any scheme/product offered by any person/entity offering indicative/assured/guaranteed returns in the stock market as the same is prohibited by law.
