Link your Aadhar with PAN card before March 31st, 2022.

This is to inform you that, in regards with Circular Ref. No. NSE/ISC/51755 and NSE/ISC/51754, “PANs not seeded with Aadhar will be considered as invalid for the purpose of trading in the Securities Market.”

“The clients not fulfilling the above guidelines shall not be permitted to trade w.e.f April 1, 2022, nor will be able to square up their open positions. Such open positions will naturally expire on the expiry date of the respective contract. The client will be permitted to trade only in compliance with the requirement.”

Therefore, we advise you to complete the Pan and Aadhar seeding procedure by or before Wednesday i.e. 30th March 2022. If the client fails to complete the seeding process within the framed time period, our concerned RMS team will be obliged to close all the Holdings and open positions of the clients as per the Circular by the Exchange.

Furthermore, if not complied, clients will not be able to square up their open positions and the same will be closed by our RMS team on 31st March 2022 by closing hours in consonance with the requisites of the Circular.
Kindly, complete the seeding process on or before 30th March 2022.
