Investor Alert: Beware of Unauthorized Activities and Falsely claiming to be a SEBI registered Investment Advisor Research Analyst

We would like to bring to the notice of our investors that the below-mentioned individual is neither an employee, or an authorised person of Alice Blue nor has any other association or relationship with Alice Blue, except for a limited client referral, which was restricted to the referral of clients.

We have, however, received information indicating that the individual is allegedly engaged in unauthorized activities, including soliciting funds from investors and providing stock market recommendations while falsely representing themselves as a SEBI-registered Investment Advisor/Research Analyst, despite not holding the requisite registration with SEBI. Further, under the applicable regulatory framework, any person or entity offering or providing trading strategies is required to obtain the necessary registration, authorization, or approval from the relevant stock exchange(s), as applicable. Alice Blue does not permit the deployment, operation, or routing of any unregistered or non-empanelled trading systems through its platform.

Investors are therefore advised to exercise due caution and not subscribe to or invest in any scheme, product, or service promising indicative, assured, or guaranteed returns in the securities market, as such representations are prohibited under the applicable regulatory framework. Investors are also strictly advised not to share their trading credentials, including user ID, password, OTP, or other confidential account information, with any third party.
