Important Notice to Investors

We wish to inform all existing and prospective investors that Traders Gurukul is not associated with us in any capacity other than, where applicable, acting as a referral source for potential clients. Their role, if any, is strictly limited to introducing or referring clients and does not extend beyond that scope. Further, pursuant to the regulatory framework any person or entity offering trading strategies, including but not limited to algorithmic trading strategies, must possess the requisite authorization, registration, or approval from the relevant stock exchange(s) and regulatory authorities. Also, Algo providers are required to be duly empanelled with the exchanges in accordance with the applicable exchange guidelines and must be registered with each exchange where such algorithms are intended to be deployed for trading purposes. Finally, in line with the prevailing regulatory framework, Alice Blue does not permit the deployment or routing of unregistered or non-empanelled algorithmic trading systems

Investors should be aware that providing investment advice, stock recommendations, trading calls, or portfolio management services without appropriate regulatory authorization violates applicable securities regulations and exchange guidelines.Participation in such prohibited schemes is at investors’ own risk, cost and consequences as such schemes are neither approved nor endorsed by the Exchange.

Please be cautious of any person, organization, or platform that:

• Promises or advertises “assured” or “guaranteed” returns.
• Claims to offer risk-free investment opportunities.
• Provides stock tips, trading signals, or investment strategies without proper regulatory registration.
• Uses aggressive marketing tactics to induce investments.
• Encourages investors to make quick decisions without proper due diligence.
• Claims unusually high returns with little or no risk.
• Misrepresents affiliations with regulated entities or financial institutions

Any claim of guaranteed profits, fixed returns, or risk-free trading opportunities should be treated as a significant warning sign.

Verify Before You Invest

Before acting on any investment advice or trading recommendation:

• Verify the registration status of the advisor or entity with the relevant regulatory authority.
