We hope this email finds you well. We’re writing to inform you of some important changes to our partnership structure that will take effect from September 1, 2024.
As part of our ongoing efforts to adapt to market conditions and regulatory requirements, we’ve had to adjust our brokerage sharing model. Starting September 1, 2024, the brokerage sharing percentage will be revised from 75% to 60% (F20 or Discount Brokerage Plan Only).
However, we have some positive news to balance this change. We’ve also increased our brokerage charges to clients from ₹15 to ₹20 per order. This increase actually results in a net positive outcome for our partners.
Here’s how it works:
- Previous Scenario: You used to receive 75% sharing when the brokerage charges were ₹15.
- Revenue per order:
75% of ₹15 = ₹11.25
- New Scenario: Now, the sharing percentage is revised to 60%, but the brokerage charges have increased to ₹20.
- Revenue per order:
60% of ₹20 = ₹12
Benefit to Partners
This change results in a 6.66% increase in potential revenue per order.
To put it simply:
- Previous revenue per order: ₹11.25
- New revenue per order: ₹12
- Increase in revenue:
(₹12−₹11.25/ ₹11.25)×100 = 6.66%
As you can see, despite the reduction in the sharing percentage, the increase in brokerage charges means that your revenue per order will actually increase by 6.66%.

Clients pay 0.01% on Turnover in Intraday, Equity, and Commodity Futures, 0.10% on Delivery, and ₹20 Per Lot in Equity and Commodity Options, while partners enjoy a generous 70% revenue share.
