Caution Regarding Fake Display Pictures and WhatsApp Groups

Dear Investors,

We want to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding the misuse of the names and images of our CEO, Mr. M Sidhavelayutham, and Director, Mr. Rajesh, and the dissemination of false information through unofficial WhatsApp groups.

It has come to our notice that certain WhatsApp groups, particularly one named “Blithe W,” and “Stock Vanguard”are falsely claiming to provide financial advisory services under the guise of representing Alice Blue Financial Services Pvt. Limited. These groups are using the display pictures and names of our CEO and Director without authorization, leading investors to believe that they are receiving advice from legitimate sources.

Additionally, we would like to inform you about ongoing fraudulent activities conducted by individuals associated with Stock Vanguard. These individuals are deceiving investors by falsely claiming to represent Alice Blue and are even creating fake videos and agreements between Alice Blue Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. and Stock Vanguard. These fake documents, videos and WhatsApp groups are being used to trick investors into giving them money.

We want to clarify that neither Mr. M Sidhavelayutham nor Mr. Rajesh have any WhatsApp group for providing investment advice. Additionally, Alice Blue does not authorize its employees to recommend specific stocks or engage in such advisory services.

We urge all investors to exercise caution and refrain from trusting any information or advice provided through unofficial WhatsApp groups or any other unauthorized medium. Official communications from Alice Blue are only made through our official social media accounts, websites, and other official channels.

If you come across any such unauthorized communication or information, we kindly request you to report it to our support team immediately at [email protected] and [email protected].
