Please note that the aforementioned Authorised Person (AP) has been identified as the proprietor of Megha Softech, which has been providing algorithmic (algo) trading services. It has further been identified that Megha Softech was involved in indulged activities with associated clients and the general public that were not in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and the internal policies of the Company.Such actions constitute violations of the relevant regulatory norms as well as the policies of Alice Blue Financial Services Private Limited. Accordingly, the Company has terminated its association with the said Authorised Person under disciplinary grounds.Any person dealing with the aforementioned Authorised Person hereafter shall do so entirely at their own risk, as the Authorised Person is no longer associated with Alice Blue Financial Services Private Limited in any capacity.

ALICEBLUE FINANCIAL SERVICES PRIVATE LTD shall not be liable for any dealing with him.
