What should be done if access to the Time-based OTP (TOTP) Authenticator app is lost?

If access to the authenticator app is lost, follow these steps:

Step 1: Login to ANT Web platform

Step 2: Provide your User ID and PAN.

Step 3: Choose either Email or SMS for receiving a code, input your email ID and captcha, then click on Reset.

Step 4: Enter your new password and tap Continue.

Opt for Method 2

Step 1: Select “Setup TOTP” and tap on it.

Step 2: Set up an external authenticator like Google Authenticator. To download Google Authenticator, go to  For Mobile or Web

Step 3: Click on “Scan? or Copy Setup key.”

Step 4: Enter the 6-digit TOTP generated on Google Authenticator and then tap on Continue.

Step 5: The password will be reset. Tap on “Login here” to proceed.
