Our Company is engaged in the business of design, development and manufacturing of: Pipe fitting moulds and industrial moulds catering to building materials (primarily pipes, fittings, sanitaryware) and plastic & polymer processing industry. Automotive moulds catering to automotive & auto components industry through our subsidiary OMG Auto Mould Private Limited ("OMG Auto") for the past 6 years. Hot Runner System ("HRS") through our other subsidiary, Infuse HRS Private Limited ("Infuse HRS") for the past 4 years. Cleaning Products used in households and several commercial as well as non-commercial establishments. During Fiscal 2025, our Company identified an opportunity in this segment. Leveraging our legacy in the manufacturing of moulds, we diversified into manufacturing moulds as well as finished products in this segment such as mops, brushes, scrubbers, wipers, brooms.
Our Company was incorporated as a private limited company as "Om Galaxy Precision Mould Crafts Private Limited", under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated October 08, 2008 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai. Further, the name of our Company was changed to "Om Galaxy Private Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 16, 2024 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our Board of Directors in its meeting held on October 19, 2024 and by the Shareholders in an extraordinary general meeting held on October 24, 2024 and consequently the name of our Company was changed to "Om Galaxy Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 09, 2024 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.

How the company plans to utilize IPO proceeds.
The funds raised through this IPO will be used for:
Initial public offer of 1,16,67,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each (the "Equity Shares") of OM Galaxy Limited ("The Company" or "The Issuer") at an issue price of Rs. 90 per equity share (including share premium of Rs. 85 per equity share) for cash, aggregating to Rs. 105 Crores ("Public Issue") out of which 5,84,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each, at an issue price of Rs. 90 per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs. 5.26 Crores was reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The public issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 1,10,83,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each, at an issue price of Rs. 90 per equity share for cash, aggregating to Rs. 99.75 Crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The public issue and net issue will constituted 34.44% and 32.72% respectively of the post-issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. Price Band: Rs. 90 per equity share of face value of Rs. 5 each. The floor price is 18 times the face value of the equity shares. Bids can be made for a minimum of 3,200 equity shares and in multiples of 1,600 equity shares thereafter.
