About the Company

We are engaged in the design, engineering, manufacture and export of performance garments for institutional, government and brand clients in international markets. We began operations as a partnership firm in 1994 and was incorporated as a company in 2006. Our product portfolio includes military uniforms, tactical outerwear, high-visibility workwear, weather-resistant and allweather outerwear, police and border patrol uniforms, protective workwear and performance activewear.

Company History

Our Company was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name of "Qualiance International Private Limited" on August 24, 2006, under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai I, Maharashtra, bearing CIN: U17299MH2006PTC164026. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting, held on November 29, 2025 and consequently, the name of our Company was changed from "Qualiance International Private Limited" to "Qualiance International Limited" vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 09, 2025 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre bearing CIN: U17299MH2006PLC164026.

The funds raised through this IPO will be used for:

Initial public offer of upto 35,52,000* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Qualiance International Limited ("The Company" or "QIL" or "The Issuer") at an issue price of Rs. 120-127 per equity share (including share premium of Rs. 110-117 per equity share) for cash, aggregating up to Rs. 42.62-45.11 Crores ("Public Issue") out of which 1,80,000* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, at an issue price of Rs. 120-127 per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs. 2.16-2.29 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The public issue less market maker reservation portion i.e. Issue of 33,72,000* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, at an issue price of Rs. 120-127 per equity share for cash, aggregating up to Rs. 40.46-42.82 Crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The public issue and net issue will constitute 26.40% and 25.07% respectively of the post- issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. Price Band: Rs. 120 to Rs. 127 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each. The floor price (Rs.120) is 12.00 times the face value of the equity shares and the cap price (Rs.127) is 12.70 times of the face value of the equity shares. Bids can be made for a minimum of 2000 equity shares and in multiples of 1000 equity shares thereafter.
