About the Company
We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified integrated amusement destination with an amusement cum water park, a snow park, an integrated resort and an upcoming aerial cable car project near Athirappilly waterfalls in Thrissur, Kerala ("Athirappilly Theme Park"). We are one of the renowned and established players in the region and set to become the first amusement park in the region to offer a cable car for tourist. Spread across approximately 17.38 acres, our park integrates an amusement cum water park, a snow park, and resort facilities, offering a comprehensive entertainment destination for families, students, tourists, corporate groups, and institutional visitors. We also own and operate snow park at Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, with a total area of 5,183 square feet ("Jamshedpur Snow Park") and are setting up a new snow park and family entertainment center at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh with total area of more than 11,000 square feet ("Lucknow Snow Park and FEC").
Industry Overview
The Indian amusement park market was valued at Rs. 22.9 billion in CY19. However, due to the impact of COVID-19, it experienced a significant drop to Rs. 4.4 billion in CY20 as parks closed and visitor numbers plummeted. Recovery began in CY21, with the market rebounding to Rs. 14 billion and continued strong growth brought it to Rs. 61.6 billion by CY24. Looking ahead, the market is expected to reach Rs. 125 billion by CY29P, growing at a robust CAGR of 15.2% from CY24 to CY29P, driven by increasing demand and tourism support.
Company History
Our Company was incorporated as "Silverstorm Amusement Parks Private Limited", a private limited company in Kochi, Kerala under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated October 07, 1998, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kerala. Subsequently, pursuant to resolutions passed by our Board of Directors in their meeting held on June 02, 2025, and Shareholders' Resolution passed on June 02, 2025, our Company's name was further changed from "Silverstorm Amusement Parks Private Limited" to "Silverstorm Parks and Resorts Private Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 17, 2025, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. Further, Our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to resolutions passed by our Board of Directors in their meeting held on October 10, 2025, and Shareholders' Resolution passed on October 13, 2025, and the name of our Company changed to "Silverstorm Parks and Resorts Limited". A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from a private limited company to public limited company dated October 28, 2025, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. Further, the Corporate Identity Number of our Company is U92199KL1998PLC012512.

The funds raised through this IPO will be used for:
Initial public issue of 61,98,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of Silverstorm Parks and Resorts Limited (formerly known as Silverstorm Amusement Parks Private Limited and Silverstorm Parks and Resorts Private Limited)', ("SPRL" or "Silverstorm" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 133 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 123 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs.82.43 Crores ("The Issue"/"Fresh Issue"), of which 3,11,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 133 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 123 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 4.14 Crores was reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Net issue of 58,87,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 133 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 123 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 78.30 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.33% and 25.96%, respectively, of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company. Price Band: Rs. 133 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each. The floor price is 13.3 times the face value of the equity shares. Bids can be made for a minimum of 2,000 equity shares and in multiples of 1,000 equity shares thereafter.

Although the company has a comprehensive in-house team for maintenance and management of its amusement park and snow parks, any unexpected accident, malfunction or mechanical breakdown of machinery at the company amusement park and snow parks could disrupt operations, result in increased maintenance or replacement costs, and adversely affect its business, financial condition, and results of operations.
- The company business is subject to seasonal and cyclical variations in Footfalls at its Athirappilly Theme Park and may be affected by weather conditions, school vacations, public holidays and weekends and may has a disproportionate effect on its results of operations.
- Its operations entail certain fixed and recurring expenses, and the company inability to manage expenses may has an adverse effect on its business, results of operations, financial condition, and cash flows.
- The company has a large number of personnel deployed across its amusement cum water theme park and snow park; consequently, Its may be exposed to service-related claims and losses or employee disruptions that could has an adverse effect on its reputation, business, results of operations, financial condition, and cash flows.
- The Company has filed certain legal proceedings against the State of Kerala, Union of India and certain social media platforms, including YouTube and Google. If no relief is granted to the Company in any of these legal proceedings, it may has a material adverse impact on its business operations, financial condition, and reputation.
