Mason Infratech made a strong debut on NSE SME on July 1, with shares listing at Rs 88, a 37.5% premium over the Rs 64 issue price. The Rs 30.4 crore IPO funds will support the real estate construction company’s operations in the Mumbai Metropolitan Area.

The IPO, open from June 24 to 26 with a price band of Rs 62 to 64, saw robust investor interest, being oversubscribed 32.89 times. Non-institutional investors and retail participants led the demand. The minimum investment for retail investors was Rs 1,28,000 for 2,000 shares.
