What is the procedure for unlocking an ANT account?

If you enter the wrong ANT app password three times, your account will be locked. To unlock it, do the following steps:

Step 1: Visit the ANT application

Step 2: Click on “Forgot user ID or password”?

Step 3: Provide your User ID and PAN. 

Step 4: Choose to get it through Email or SMS, put in your email address and the captcha, then click on Reset.

Step 5: If you choose SMS, type in the OTP you got. If you select Email, click on the reset link sent to your email to change the password.

Step 6: Enter your new password and tap Continue.

Step 7: Activate two-factor authentication (2FA).

Invalid account credentials error:

If you see an error saying “Invalid account credentials, and attempts remain, error” make sure you enter the right User ID, PAN, email, or phone number. If you forgot the email or phone number, fix it by creating a Ticket with the signed account modification form. Visit this page to access the modification form.
