Scheduled from March 4-6, 2024, R K SWAMY’s IPO offers shares at INR 270-288 each, with 50 shares per lot, totaling INR 423 crore. The offering includes a fresh issue of INR 173 crore and an offer-for-sale of 8,700,000 shares. It targets a 75% allocation to institutional buyers, 15% to non-institutional, and 10% to retail investors, listing on BSE and NSE.

V R Infraspace Limited IPO

V R Infraspace’s IPO, at ₹85 per share, opens from March 4-6, 2024. The issue, valued at ₹20.40 crore, comprises 2,400,000 new equity shares, targeting working capital and general corporate purposes. The lot size is 1,600 shares, priced 8.50 times the face value.

Gopal Snacks Limited IPO

Gopal Snacks’ IPO, priced at ₹381-401 per share, runs from March 6-11, with anchor investor allocation on March 5. It offers a 50% share allocation to institutional buyers, 15% to non-institutional, and 35% to retail, plus employee shares with a discount. The price/earnings ratio is 42.24-44.46.

Sona Machinery Limited IPO

Sona Machinery’s IPO, open from March 5-7, 2024, issues 3,624,000 shares at ₹10 each. With a price range of ₹136-143, it allocates 50% to institutional buyers, 15% to non-institutional, and 35% to retail, plus 5.08% for market makers. The proceeds will fund a new manufacturing unit and other corporate needs.

JG Chemicals Limited IPO

JG Chemicals’ IPO, running from March 5-7,2024, offers shares at ₹210-221 each, targeting ₹251.19 crore. It allocates 50% to institutional, 15% to non-institutional, and 35% to retail investors. Proceeds will go to subsidiary investment, debt repayment, R&D centre, and working capital.

Shree Karni Fabcom IPO

Scheduled for subscription from March 6 to March 11, 2024, the Shree Karni Fabcom SME IPO offers a book-built issue worth ₹42.49 crore. This entirely fresh issue will release 18.72 lakh shares to the public.

Koura Fine Diamond Jewelry IPO

Opening for subscription between March 6 and March 11, 2024, the Koura Fine Diamond Jewelry SME IPO introduces a fixed price issue valued at ₹5.50 crore. The offering consists solely of a fresh issue of 10 lakh shares.

Pune E-Stock Broking Limited IPO

Pune E-Stock Broking’s IPO, from March 7-12, offers shares at ₹78-83, aiming to raise ₹38.23 crore. With a lot size of 1,600 shares, it includes a fresh issue of 4,606,400 shares. The proceeds will support working capital and general corporate purposes, reserving 50% for institutional, 15% for non-institutional, and 35% for retail investors.
