Karna’s area of expertise is the design and construction of die casting moulds for gravity used in piston castings. A team with considerable professional skills and high-precision equipment is the company’s strong support when meeting SPRL’s design-sensitive requirements. The established purchase is a tool to increase the synergy and ensure the long-term development through the integration of the crucial supplier.
The transaction was executed for a cash consideration of ₹50 million. The Karna transaction did not require any regulatory approvals. Karna was established in 1981 and has been based at Bahadurgarh, Haryana. For the Financial Year 2023-24, Karna reported a turnover of ₹49.98 million, reflecting a steady year-on-year growth.
