Bajel Projects Limited has secured a significant contract from Adani Energy Solutions Limited (AESL) to construct the 400KV D/C Raipur-Tiroda transmission lines, covering Chhattisgarh and Maharashtra. The project will use Quad ACSR Moose conductors for enhanced efficiency.
The contract, valued at 217 km of new transmission lines, is an EPC agreement for the transmission line construction. It is expected to be completed within 18 months from the issuance of the Letter of Award. AESL awarded the contract to Bajel Projects Limited, a domestic entity.
Bajel Projects confirmed that none of its promoters, promoter group, or group companies have any interest in AESL, and the contract does not fall under related-party transactions. The company is now proceeding with the project as part of its growth in the energy sector.
