The company’s SME issue received an overwhelming response, with a subscription of nearly 500 times. The price band for the issue ranged between Rs 90 and Rs 95 per share, and the subscription period lasted from December 5 to 9, 2024.

Emerald Tyre Manufacturers Limited, established in 2002, is a leading global player in the off-highway tyre industry. Known for its high-quality “GRECKSTER” brand, the company manufactures tyres for diverse applications, including forklifts, mining equipment, and agricultural implements. Its 10.05-acre facility in Tamil Nadu has a 10,560 MT capacity.
