This inaugural listing of the equity shares on the NSE Emerge platform took place on February 23.

The company primarily earns revenue from artificial flowers, plants, and leaves, priding itself on quality and customer satisfaction.

The primary goals of its IPO include allocating INR 4.5 crores for debt repayment/prepayment, INR 25 crores for working capital needs, and the remainder for general corporate purposes like brand building and marketing, enhancing overall financial health and market position.
