NBCC and Subsidiary HSCC Secure Orders Worth ₹1,490 Crore from ESIC for Major Hospital Projects; Check Details

NBCC (India) Ltd secured orders worth ₹168 crore, while its subsidiary HSCC bagged ₹1,322.48 crore orders from ESIC, including major projects in Faridabad and Manesar for hospital expansions.

NBCC (India) Ltd announced it secured multiple orders worth ₹168 crore, including those won by its subsidiary HSCC (India). HSCC bagged orders totaling ₹1,322.48 crore from the Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC). The largest HSCC orders include ₹642.69 crore for adding 500 beds to the ESIC medical college in Faridabad and ₹679.79 crore for constructing a 500-bed ESIC hospital in Manesar, Haryana.

NBCC (India) also received orders worth ₹127.5 crore from six clients in New Delhi, including the central PSU Oil India Ltd. Oil India awarded NBCC a ₹51 crore contract for interior fit-out works at its office in the World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar.

Additionally, India Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd (IIFCL) granted NBCC a ₹26 crore order for interior works at its New Delhi office. Munitions India Ltd, EDCIL India Ltd, and GS1 India awarded smaller contracts totaling ₹30.1 crore for fit-out works at various office spaces in Nauroji Nagar.

NBCC also won a ₹20.4 crore order from the Bureau of Immigration for civil works in its office at the World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar. Another ₹41 crore contract was received from the Indian government’s welfare department.

The welfare department orders include upgrading schools in Kalahandi and Balasore districts, with projects worth ₹15 crore, ₹22 crore, and ₹4 crore for school and hostel development. Shares of NBCC were down 5.17%, trading at ₹97.28 per share around 3 PM.
