Neoethicals Chile SpA reported a turnover of approximately $295,000 USD in 2024. It operates in the pharmaceutical marketing and distribution industry. The acquisition, conducted for a total of USD 3,000, gives Caplin complete ownership, making Neoethicals a step-down subsidiary of the listed Indian parent.
The transaction was carried out via Caplin’s Hong Kong-based subsidiary through a banking channel. It does not require regulatory approval and is not a promoter-related transaction, though Neoethicals becomes a related party post-acquisition. This move strengthens Caplin’s South American market presence.
