Yash Optics & Lens made a respectable debut on NSE SME, listing at ₹90 per share, 11.11% above the ₹81 issue price. This listing was slightly lower than expected, with pre-listing grey market predictions suggesting over a 17% premium.

Raising ₹53.15 crore, Yash Optics’ IPO was oversubscribed 42.17 times, with heavy interest across categories: retail (32.46x), QIB (19.88x), and NII (85.27x), against 45.28 lakh offered shares.

Founded in 2010, Yash Optics & Lens Limited specialises in manufacturing and trading various spectacle lenses, ranging from single-vision to advanced personalised progressives. Yash Optics aims to invest in a new manufacturing unit, enhance current facilities, repay debts, and support working capital needs with the IPO funds, totaling ₹46.10 crores.
